Here's another fantastic lounge transformation completed for a long-standing client; we originally helped them renovate their home, finally curtaining and furnishing it on the leftover (rather) tight budget.

Twelve years later we were so excited to give this room a fresh new look and both the client and team Houselift were elated at the final reveal.

We love a good "before and after"!

Here's another lounge that we transformed into a gorgeous space by

manufacturing a corner sofa upholstered in a easy-clean fabric in a light charcoal

adding a large, neutral, durable floor rug

Introducing a few pops of colour in accent scatters

commissioning an artist to paint a bold stormy sea wall canvas

manufacturing a large glass, wood and steel coffee table with clever storage drawers

adding two comfy bespoke armchairs

Now this space is cohesive, with ample seating and enough charm to turn heads.

I was fortunate enough to help these clients completely transform their home. Here’s some before and afters of their lounge area.: out with the rusts and reds and in with blues and stones. We stripped and painted the existing wall unit and added some stylish pieces to the cubbies. Their sofas and armchairs were reupholstered and given a new lease on life with the addition of a few luxurious scatters. We sourced an amazing floor rug which tied all the blues together. My team installed custom-made wave curtains and the final piece that accented the blank wall had to be the gorgeous wall art – painted up by a very talented artist friend of ours!

This clients livingroom needed a bit of Houselift magic.

Our team gave new life to their existing sofa, reupholstering it in a durable and easy-to-clean charcoal fabric. To maximise seating space, we custom-made two armchairs, a few round stools (perfect for footrests as well as additional seating) and a round coffee table. Scatters in muted fabrics and a few accessories just add a bit of life to the neutral palette.

Our clever framer printed and framed up some black & white family photos which were then expertly hung (a nice alternative to artwork)

The "after" shots speak for themselves and our client was over the moon with the transformation.

We helped this client transform her

💡making up some beautiful feather scatters using a

selection of printed and woven fabrics in dark olive

greens and stones

💡sourcing, printing, framing art for either side of the

fireplace

💡making up new wave curtains in a self-lined

linen-look fabric

💡sourcing a large floor rug which is both stylish and

durable

And using what she already had (seating, coffee table

and built-in units) turned this room into a space that the

family loves gathering in 🤍💫

The transformation of this lounge was truly astounding! The new owners wanted a comfortable updated look: somewhere they could unwind in after a long day at the office....think fireplace, big squishy sofas and a glass of vino.
